We would like to inform you that online registration has now closed.

On-site registration will still be available during the following hours at the Registration Counter, Level 14, Berjaya Times Square Hotel:

  • 24 April 2025 (Thursday): 14:00 - 18:00 hours
  • 25 April 2025 (Friday): 06:30 - 18:00 hours
  • 26 April 2025 (Saturday): 07:00 - 18:00 hours
  • 27 April 2025 (Sunday): 07:00 - 16:00 hours

Important Notes:

  • Registration fees include tea / coffee breaks, lunches, meeting materials, certificate of attendance and entry to Trade Exhibition (only for full congress delegates). 
  • Exhibitors will have access to exhibition hall only
  • Trade delegates can be any exhibitor who wishes to attend the scientific sessions, where an exhibitor with a normal exhibitor badge would be denied access. If exhibitor would like to purchase trade delegates badge or exhibitors badge, please email us at sponsorship@mosc2025.com.

 

Terms and Conditions

  • All payments will be charged in RM. 
  • Please note that all related bank charges and/or financial charges are to be borne by the delegates and are not to be deducted from the net fee payable to the conference. 
  • Official receipt will be provided only upon request.

 

Confirmation

  • Registration will be confirmed via e-mail upon receipt of FULL PAYMENT.
  • Please bring along the email confirmation and present it at the Registration Counter when collecting your delegate badge on the congress day (actual time and date will be informed in due course by email).

Online Payment Security and Data Privacy

Online payment accepts Master Card and Visa.
All online transactions are processed by iPay88, with protection of Secure Socket Layer (SSL) and support of Verified by Credit Card secure code. Payment details are encrypted under the SSL protocol and transmitted directly to the relevant bank for payment approval and settlement. The Organiser does not collect any credit card information submitted for online payment.
Personal information collected through the system will be used solely for the MOSC 2025. No personal data will be disclosed to third parties by the Organiser.
 

Cancellation Policy

To cancel your registration, a written request stating your full name and the registered email address must be sent to registration@mosc2025.com
For written requests received on or before 14 February 2025, your registration fees will be fully refunded, after deducting admin charges of RM30. The refund will be processed after the Congress only. No refunds will be given for cancellations made on or after 14 February 2025, or non-attendance at the Congress.
