Free Paper Presenters

Please submit your presentation slide at the Speaker Ready Room at least 3 hours before your scheduled presentation.

The Speaker Ready Room is located at Bronx VIII, Level 14, Berjaya Times Square Hotel.

The opening hours are as below:

Guidelines:

• Presentation duration is limited to a maximum of 5 minutes presentation time and another 2 minutes discussion
• The presentation file size must not exceed 5 MB.
• Please use the provided ppt presentation template provided (do not modify the slide size and orientation).
• Presentation must be in DIGITAL FORMAT.
• Presentation must be in ENGLISH language only.
• The ONLY accepted file format for Free Paper is PowerPoint Slide Format in .ppt or .pptx (*.ppt / *.pptx)
• All Free Paper presentations must adhere to the landscape 16:9 widescreen format.
• Financial disclosure, if any, must be stated on the first slide. Presentations must not be used to promote a commercial product.
• Embedded videos, hyperlinks and animations are not permitted.
• Kindly confirm your presentation time and venue with the staff on duty.
• Review your presentation materials after submission to ensure all content is correctly displayed.
• Arrive at your session room at least 15 minutes before the session begins

If you wish to use a personal laptop for your presentation, please note the following:

• Inform the staff on duty in advance so that we can arrange a testing session during a scheduled break.
• Bring your own connector/dongle for HDMI compatibility.

e-Poster Discussion Presenters

Thank you for submitting your e-posters. They will be shown during your scheduled presentation slot. 

Guidelines:

• Presentation duration is limited to a maximum of 4 minutes presentation time and another 2 minutes discussion
• Kindly confirm your presentation time and venue with the staff on duty.
• Arrive at Exhibition Hall, Manhattan 2, Level 14, Berjaya Times Square Hotel at least 15 minutes before your session begins.
