Dr Norlaila Talib is a Senior Consultant in the Department of Ophthalmology Hospital Serdang. She obtained her MBBS from University of Malaya and her Master’s Degree in Ophthalmology from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia. She continue to persuit her interest in Oculoplastic Surgery and was under the guidance of Dr Wan Zalina Mohamed Zain, a Senior Consultant Oculoplastic Surgeon in Hospital Selayang, Malaysia and Dr Hatem Aiman Tawfik, Senior Consultant Oculoplastic Surgeon in Ain Sham University, Cairo, Egypt. She completed her subspeciality training and obtained her Certificate of Completed Fellowship Training (KKM) in 2007. Currently Dr Norlaila is working in Ophthalmology Department, Hospital Sultan Idris Shah Serdang a Senior Consultant.
