Dr. Nor Anita is a Public Health Consultant Ophthalmologist with special interest in Prevention of Blindness and Diabetic Retinopathy. She is currently working in Hospital Sultanah Nur Zahirah Kuala Terengganu.
She is a member of National Prevention of Blindness Committee and involved in planning and execution of Mobile Klinik Katarak KKM (KK KKM). She is instrumental in development of National Diabetic Retinopathy Screening Training Module, a trainer for DR Screening Module and also the co-investigator for the study on Use of Artificial Intelligence (Dr.Mata System) for the Detection and Intervention of Diabetic Retinopathy. She is also a member of MySPECS Committee, a working group to ensure that everyone who needs refractive error intervention has access to quality, affordable and people-centred refractive error services.
