Dr Nor Akmal binti Bahari is currently a Consultant Ophthalmologist at Hospital Kuala Lumpur subspecializing in the field of Paediatric Ophthalmology and Strabismus. She obtained her MBBS from University Malaya, and  Master of Ophthalmology degree from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM). She actively participate in treating preventable blindness among paediatric population in Malaysia and has special interest in paediatric glaucoma, cataract and  amblyopia. She actively participate in teaching, research and mentoring postgraduate  in ophthalmology and ophthalmic services.
