Dr. Ng Wei Loon graduated from UKM with a medical degree and went on to earn a master's degree there as a doctor of ophthalmology. After that, he finished his three-year fellowship in Malaysia in the fields of paediatric ophthalmology and strabismus. He successfully finished his one-year clinical fellowship in paediatric ophthalmology and strabismus at Siriraj Hospital, Mahidol University in Bangkok, as part of his fellowship program. He currently works at Hospital Pulau Pinang as a paediatric ophthalmologist.
