Dr Mohd Aziz bin Husni is the head of the Malaysia Ministry of Health (MOH) Ophthalmology Service, Vice President of the College of Ophthalmologists, Academy of Medicine of Malaysia, and Council Member of the Malaysian Optical Council (MOC). He chairs the MOH Ophthalmology Postgraduate and Subspecialty Training Subcommittee and the Malaysian Medical Council (MMC) Specialty Evaluation Subcommittee for Ophthalmology.
Dr Mohd Aziz bin Husni did his postgraduate training at the Science University of Malaysia (USM). He later did his one-year clinical glaucoma fellowship at the University of Otago, New Zealand, and a Postgraduate Certificate in Medical Education from the Newcastle University.
He is currently the Head of Ophthalmology Department and Glaucoma Service at Tengku Ampuan Afzan Hospital, Kuantan, Malaysia
