Dr. Fang Seng Kheong is a Senior Consultant Ophthalmologist and Glaucoma Specialist at the International Specialist Eye Centre in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, where he has been practicing since 2007. He has held numerous leadership roles, including Past President of the Asia Pacific Glaucoma Society (2022–2024) and the Malaysian Society of Ophthalmology (2013–2017). As a founding member of the Malaysian Glaucoma Society, he served as its President from 2022 to 2024.

Dr. Fang has received multiple prestigious awards, including the APAO Distinguished Service Award (2007), the Outstanding Service Award (2016), and the Prevention of Blindness Award (2024). He was conferred as a Fellow of the Academy of Medicine Malaysia in 2017 and has served as an elected Council Member of APAO since 2010. Additionally, he has contributed significantly to ophthalmology through his editorial roles in journals such as the International Glaucoma Review and the Asia Pacific Journal of Ophthalmology.

He played a key role as Organizing Chairperson and Congress President of the Asia Pacific Glaucoma Virtual Congress (2021) and APGC (2022) and continues to be a leading figure in the advancement of glaucoma research and education.
