Dr Chan Jan Bond a resident Consultant Ophthalmologist and Asst Medical Director of International Specialist Eye Centre (ISEC) Kuala Lumpur.
He has a sub-specialty interest in Cataract Refractive Surgery and is passionate in premium IOLs and refractive surgeries. Dr Chan has undergone a Cataract & Refractive observership under Dr Amir Hamid from Optegra Eye Hospital, London, United Kingdom.
Dr Chan is the current Assistant Secretary for the Malaysian Society of Ophthalmology, Committee member of College of Ophthalmologists, Academy of Medicine Malaysia, and Committee member of Myopia Advocacy for Myopia Prevention (MAMP). He also serves as the editorial team of Malaysian Journal of Ophthalmology.
Dr Chan’s passion for telemedicine in ophthalmology has driven him to develop several medical creative innovations both in medical device and phone apps. His innovation and creativity have won many awards locally and internationally.
