Dr. Awis Qarni bin Fadil began his medical career after completing his MBBS at the International Islamic University Malaysia in 2011. From 2011 to 2013, he completed his housemanship at Hospital Sultanah Bahiyah, where he worked as a medical officer in the Ophthalmology department until 2016.
His passion for ophthalmology led him to pursue postgraduate studies at Universiti Sains Malaysia, earning an MMed in Ophthalmology in 2020. From 2021 to 2024, he specialized with the Glaucoma Team at Hospital Sultanah Bahiyah. He is currently undergoing subspecialty training in glaucoma and serving as a glaucoma fellow at Hospital Raja Permaisuri Bainun, Ipoh, Perak.
