Dr. Ahmad Khairil Faizi bin Rosli is the Director of the Ethics and Legal Division at the Malaysian Medical Council (MMC), where he oversees ethical and legal matters affecting healthcare practitioners nationwide. He holds a medical degree from the University of Edinburgh and a law degree from Universiti Malaya, followed by a Master of Studies in Practical Ethics from the University of Oxford. 

With expertise in medicolegal and ethical issues, Dr. Ahmad Khairil plays a key role in shaping healthcare ethics and legal standards in Malaysia. His combined background in medicine and law allows him to handle complex ethical dilemmas and policy development, including complaints and disciplinary matters in the medical field. 

Previously, he served as Deputy Director and Head of the Training Unit at the Ministry of Health’s Medicolegal Department, managing healthcare complaints and promoting ethical practices. He has organized national conferences and workshops to foster collaboration among doctors, lawyers, and healthcare professionals. Dr. Ahmad Khairil is widely respected for his integrity and commitment to advancing ethical standards in Malaysian healthcare.
